Over the past few months, mainstream news, social media sites, university classrooms, and corporate boardrooms have been buzzing with discussions about artificial intelligence (AI). As a matter of fact, most of us interact with artificial intelligence daily without even realizing it.

With that in mind, today, we’re excited to unveil Platform Intelligence: new AI-based capabilities that put intelligence at the heart of our flagship product, Quantive Results. With this innovation, AI embedded in our platform will assist users across the entire strategy execution journey from planning to assessing outcomes to adapting strategy.
So, what does this mean for our customers? We know the benefits of a well-defined strategy and how OKRs can help businesses achieve the best possible, but sometimes it’s hard to know where to start or what you’re trying to solve for. By adding AI capabilities to Quantive Results, our goal is to help customers move past setting and tracking goals to helping organizations achieve goals.
To help with this, our new AI capabilities will help users:
Overcome the OKR “cold start” challenge. Users often need help defining objectives from an overall company strategy or high-level goals. With Quantive’s integrated AI capabilities, users will get suggestions to help sharpen objectives, consider new or complimentary key results, and even orchestrate tasks to help them get started faster.
Identify required initiatives to achieve objectives. As the third component of effectively using OKRs, initiatives can sometimes be missed, omitted, or at a minimum, not explicitly connected to the OKRs. This creates a lack of clarity and alignment within and across teams. To solve this, the intelligence capabilities in the Quantive platform help identify initiatives that should be connected to ensure businesses are set up for success.
Quickly get answers to best use the platform. Content and articles in help centers primarily depend on keyword searches or topic tags for users to get answers to their questions about a product. With the use of AI in Quantive Results, users’ questions can be answered more easily and efficiently which will dramatically improve the user experience and overall productivity.
What we’re announcing today is just the start of all the possibilities that this AI will unlock for Quantive and our customers. Our internal team is hard at work on additional functionalities to support our users throughout their strategy execution journey.
