As the co-founder of AuxinOKR, Mark Richard has helped businesses and teams navigate change and performance improvement using the OKR methodology. He began his career as a product manager at Unilever then moved to managing director roles at a variety of global organizations. As part of the Quantive team, Mark will use his background as an OKR Coach to help customers develop strategy execution projects with focused, goal driven cross-functional teams.
