A new home for your work 

Your home dashboard is now your command center for staying on top of your goals, Check-ins, Whiteboards, and To-dos. We've redesigned the home screen to be more intuitive and personalized, giving you quick access to the information that matters most. 

Customize your home dashboard to prioritize what you care about, from the size and placement of widgets to the insights you see. Easily take action on your to-dos, such as updating goals or submitting Check-ins, directly from your home screen.

Enhanced goal management 

We've introduced several features to help you manage your goals more effectively. The new ability to tag Key Results allows for more granular filtering, enabling you to easily find and analyze specific goals. Additionally, the ability to follow objections keeps you informed of important changes, even for initiatives you're not directly involved in. 

To streamline the alignment process, we've also added advanced search filters and the ability to view Related Items, KPIs or other goals related to each goal, in the Alignment view.

These enhancements provide a more comprehensive overview of your organization's internal landscape, making it easier to identify dependencies and ensure alignment. 

Improved collaboration and transparency in Check-ins 

To foster better collaboration and transparency within your team, we've added comments and reactions to Check-ins. 

Providing additional context and allowing for real-time feedback, comments and reactions enable richer discussions and faster information sharing. 

Expanded integrations and performance enhancements 

We've made improvements to our integrations with popular tools to enhance your workflow. The Quantive Results Microsoft Teams app now offers a more streamlined experience with improved update cards and reduced setup time. 

Additionally, we've enhanced security with OAuth authentication for our Jira plugin, providing a more secure and seamless connection between your Jira and Quantive platforms.
