KPI comments 

Leveraging KPI data effectively requires context and collaboration. KPI-related discussions happen across many mediums and teams and are often not shared, which hinders alignment and decision-making. To address this, we've introduced KPI comments, enabling leaders to initiate discussions, share insights, and track decisions directly within the KPI context. 

By providing a centralized location for KPI-related information, leaders can make data-driven decisions more efficiently.

Key Result milestones 

Accurately tracking Key Result progress often requires a more nuanced approach than simple linear projections. To better reflect the complexities of timelines, we've introduced Key Result milestones. By allowing users to define specific progress points with associated dates, Key Result milestones provide a clearer picture of expected delivery and enable more accurate performance evaluation. 

With Key Result milestones, teams can identify potential roadblocks earlier, adjust plans accordingly, and maintain alignment around project goals. 

Quantive Results customers on our Enterprise plans can start defining clear progress expectations for Key Results with milestones.

Personalized OKR views 

Navigating through numerous goals to find specific information can be time-consuming and inefficient. To streamline this process, we've introduced custom OKR views. 

By allowing users to create, save, and share filtered views of their goals, we've empowered teams to focus on the most relevant information and easily share insights.

OKR views are available for Quantive Results customers on our Enterprise plans.

Custom Whiteboards templates 

To accelerate the strategic planning process, we've introduced the ability to create your own custom Whiteboards templates. With our previous pre-built templates and now the ability to create your own custom templates, we've made it easier for teams to collaborate and visualize their ideas.

 With custom Whiteboards templates, you can quickly create effective planning sessions while ensuring consistency across your organization. 

Custom Whiteboard templates are available for Quantive Results customers on our Enterprise plans.

• Redesigned emails: We have enhanced the notification structure and content for better clarity and actionability. 
• Notifications for shared items: You will now receive timely notifications when Whiteboards, Sessions, Insightboards, or KPIs are shared with you.
